查字典 學習用法
學習外語，字典是好幫手，背單字時，一定要隨時查字典，尤其是有例句的字典是最好的。查單字時，除了看單字的意思之外，要注意音標看一定對應的字母與發音，常常做這樣的練習，很快的就可以說出單字並背下來。另外，一定要看單字的例句，看一下這個單字前後文所接的單字，判斷為何種詞性，是名詞、介系詞、還是動名詞等等。如此可以更快學好單字，講得出來並記下來。
利用聲音來幫助背單字
耳朵聽到聲音，嘴巴讀出單字的發音，就容易把單字記下來。要不斷聆聽聲音重複。聲音是背單字的關鍵，想要輕鬆背單字，你必須聽聽聽，念念念。
背過的單字，一定會忘記，所以必須常常複習舊單字。複習單字速度要快，用最短的時間複習最多的單字，這是最理想的方式。不論你背了多少單字，沒有經常複習，還是會忘記! 每天花十分鐘複習前一天的單字，再花十分鐘背心單字。日積月累下來，一兩個月就可以將基本單字1000字給記下來了

什麼是現代人應該有的正確、健康的職業道德觀念呢？時下有
些年輕人，只把職業當成謀生的飯碗，在這種觀念的影響下，
每當有額外工作時，有些人可能會這麼想：「反正我現在
飯也夠吃了，衣服也夠穿了，房子也有得住，大不了比別人
吃差一點、穿差一點、住差一點，而我也不指望這一輩子能
發什麼大財，乾脆休息算了。」因此要他加班，他不願意；
能夠少做一點工作，他就盡量少做；逮到休息的機會，他絕不放
棄。
另外，有些人則是從十幾、二十歲開始工作，工作二十到二十
五年之後，不過四十來歲就退休了。拿了退休金以後，過起
退休生活，開始養老。因為他已經心滿意足，覺得錢已經賺
得夠多，生活還過得去，要那麼多錢做什麼？工作對他而言，
只是為了謀生，既然發不了大財，想陞遷也陞不上去，就
乾脆提早退休好了。這種心態，也不是健康的工作觀念。
對一個學佛的人而言，工作不僅僅是為了賺取生活費用，也不
是為了追求名利，或是希望得到他人的讚歎、嘉獎。工作就
是工作，工作本身就是自我生命的責任及權利，也正是生命
的意義、價值所在。只要活著一天，就要工作一天，否則，這個
人活在世界上就跟毛毛蟲一樣，不像個人了。
每個人都有他存在的特殊意義，那就是一種努力奉獻他人的精
神。我常常鼓勵許多年屆中年的在家居士，如果物質生活已
經沒有困難，應該利用多餘的時間，投身各種公益慈善、社
會福利事業的義務工作。付出自己的時間和精力，所得到的
是身體及心理的健康；因為在做義工時，我們不忮不求，不
為了得到什麼，只是單純地奉獻自己。想想看，有那麼多人
因為你做義工而得到好處、得到幫助，這是多麼有價值而令人歡
喜的事！
正在工作崗位上努力的人，也應該建立這種觀念，不管有沒有
陞遷機會，不管薪水有沒有增加、調整，為了自己的身心健
康，以及為了服務社會，我們都應該奉獻一己之力，盡心工
作。奉獻不能以薪水多寡來衡量，這一份薪水只是工作所得
到的一部分回饋，代表的是人家對我們的感謝，工作的代價絕不
能以一小時幾塊錢來計算的。
工作的目的只是為了奉獻、為了服務，如果能以這種心態來從
事任何一項工作，一定可以全心投入、全力以赴，會很歡喜樂意
地把每一件來到手上的工作都做得很好！
工作自在語：
